  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Experienced in international students or recruitment consultancy.

  • Proven experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, particularly in education industry.

  • Must have proven track record and good reputation in the industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to develop compelling partnership proposal and close deals independently.

  • Proactive in identifying opportunities and solving problems creatively.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Office Hour : 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Usual)

Job Overview:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a key role in expanding GPEL’s outreach by establishing and managing strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and coaching centers. This role focuses on building pipelines for student recruitment and supporting long-term growth through relationship management and market engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, manage and execute business strategies to drive GPEL’s growth in Bangladesh.

  • Identify, establish partnerships and collaborate with institutions (Corporate sales).

  • Represent GPEL to promote our services to prospective and existing clients.

  • Ensure marketing efforts align with the overall brand strategy and corporate goals.

  • Increase student enrollment at GPEL by collaborating with external vendors, agencies, and consultants.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of all institutional partnerships.

  • Drive students leads from partnered institutions for studying abroad.

  • Making proposals, negotiating terms and close partnership deals to align GPEL and its offerings.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for institutional partners and ensure the satisfaction of the partners.

  • Organize and arrange webinars, seminars and oversees workshops and promotional events in collaboration with partner institutions and others.

  • Generate leads and student recruitment through institutional networks.

  • Maintain accurate records of all partner communications, leads and outcomes using CRM tools.

  • Track commission and incentive eligibilities based on partnership performance.

  • Work closely with internal team to align partner efforts with enrollment goals.

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and content teams to ensure alignment of marketing and business goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers.

  • Identify new business opportunities and channels for business expansion.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with media, industry partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Regularly report partnership performance metrics and ROI to the Management and recommend growth strategies.

  • Act as a spokesperson for the brand at events, conferences, and public forums.
