Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

• Ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Conduct high-level client meetings, negotiations, and project presentations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, and business partners.

• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to formulate effective sales plans.

• Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of leads into successful sales.

• Coordinate with Customer Care, Credit Realization, Legal, and other departments to ensure smooth customer service.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, property fairs, exhibitions, and corporate marketing initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

• Any other responsibilities assigned by management.
