Job Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
Generate new leads through client visits, referrals, digital platforms, and corporate networking.
Present and promote Ashiyan’s projects to potential clients with proper information and professionalism.
Maintain effective communication with existing clients and ensure excellent after-sales service.
Visit project sites and accompany clients during property inspections.
Participate in promotional campaigns, fairs, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility.
Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and feedback to assist in strategic planning.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the supervisor
Any other task assigned my management.
