Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate with potential and existing clients professionally
Handle cold calls, client follow-ups and general inquiries
Support lead generation and client relationship management activities
Assist with marketing, outreach and business development activities
Maintain regular communication with local and international prospects
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Maintain basic client and lead records using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
