Global Pathway Experts Limited (GPEL) is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager/Assistant Manager – Business Development to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth and enrollment targets.
• Establish and manage partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, coaching centers and corporate clients.
• Generate student leads and increase enrollment through institutional networks and partnerships.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close partnership deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
• Organize seminars, webinars, workshops and promotional events.
• Monitor partnership performance, leads, commissions and ROI.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Maintain accurate partnership and lead records using CRM tools.
• Work closely with internal teams and regularly report performance to Management.
• Represent GPEL at relevant events, conferences and public forums.
