Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure secured and smooth Network communication throughout the entire organization.
Partner communication for network service provider, SLA & OLA
Configure firewalls and ensure security of the network.
Update and patch management, device hardening
Incident & change report
Asset Management of all network hardware, license etc.
Ensure backup & restoration of distribution & VPN devices
Troubleshoot and L/2 support end user network related issues
Manage vendor for warranty and servicing of IT equipment.
SOP, build documents, project doc, issue register, risk register etc.
