• Age 27 to 65 years

1. Lead and manage the overall QA function across fabric, trims, cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, packing, and final inspection.

2. Develop, implement, and continuously improve Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality policies, SOPs, inspection standards, and control procedures.

3. Ensure jackets and outerwear products meet buyer specifications, approved samples, measurement standards, workmanship requirements, AQL standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

4. Establish effective inline, end-line, and final inspection systems to identify and prevent quality issues at every stage of production.

5. Oversee inspection and quality control of raw materials, fabrics, trims, accessories, in-process production, washed garments, finished garments, and packed goods.

6. Work closely with Production, Technical, Merchandising, IE, Washing, Cutting, and Finishing teams to identify quality risks and implement timely corrective actions.

7. Establish and maintain appropriate testing methods, inspection techniques, quality tools, and control systems to improve product quality and production efficiency.

8. Monitor key quality indicators including DHU, RFT, defect rate, rejection rate, alteration rate, rework, customer complaints, audit findings, and final inspection performance.

9. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major and recurring quality issues and ensure effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are implemented.

10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on defect reduction, right-first-time production, rework reduction, process optimization, cost saving, and productivity improvement.

11. Review and analyze quality data and trends to identify recurring defects and develop preventive quality improvement plans.

12. Lead and develop the QA team through coaching, training, performance management, technical development, and succession planning.

13. Establish clear performance objectives and promote a quality-focused, accountable, and high-performance culture across the factory.

14. Ensure quality awareness and adherence to approved standards among production and support teams through regular training, quality meetings, and awareness programs.

15. Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure fabrics, trims, accessories, zippers, buttons, labels, and other materials meet approved quality standards.

16. Conduct or coordinate supplier quality evaluations, audits, performance reviews, and improvement initiatives.

17. Maintain proper documentation of inspection reports, testing records, quality alerts, CAPA, audit reports, customer requirements, and quality certifications.

18. Support and coordinate buyer, internal, third-party, and certification audits, ensuring timely corrective actions and closure of audit findings.

19. Investigate and resolve customer/buyer quality complaints promptly and ensure sustainable corrective actions are implemented.

20. Ensure customer feedback and quality findings are effectively communicated to relevant departments and incorporated into manufacturing processes.

21. Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, Bangladesh RMG regulations, international quality standards, and applicable product safety and compliance requirements.

22. Prepare and present regular quality performance reports, KPI analysis, major quality issues, corrective action plans, and improvement initiatives to senior management.

23. Identify potential quality risks during pre-production and production stages and establish preventive controls to minimize quality failures.

24. Champion continuous improvement, operational excellence, right-first-time production, and zero-defect manufacturing throughout the factory.
