Must have 10 years(s) of experience in Outerwear garments sample development.
Computer Skill: Microsoft offices Application·
Good communication skills in English and Bengali.Strong knowledge of outerwear construction and garment manufacturing processes.
Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of buyer-specific requirements and international garment quality standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
Receive and review tech packs, specifications, sketches, measurements, BOMs, and buyer comments.
Coordinate with pattern and CAD teams for pattern development, grading, and corrections.
Ensure samples are made according to approved construction, measurements, workmanship, and quality requirements.
Maintain sample status, development records, approval records, and sample tracking reports.
Guide sample operators and technicians regarding construction methods and workmanship requirements.
