• Proven experience in handling on Quality Audit in Garments or Footwear Industry.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Quality Inspection, Knowledge About Quality GRIDs, Lab, All Kinds of Quality Report & Well Skilled on Troubleshooting.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Tannery/Footwear(Preferable)

• Responsible for follow upping standard Quality Management System (QMS) according to customer demand.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

• To take part for developing and implementation of Company’s SOP, QMS in the area of Quality Control and Quality Assurance.

• Responsible for quality function through the entire manufacturing process including incoming inputs, in-process, outputs, finished goods inspection, and testing.

• To perform the team member of Quality Assurance and ensure accountability to the top management.

• To follow Quality & Technical guidance, Production Support, Process management and Quality management.

• Prepare different reports and submit to the top management.

• Identify and address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, lab tests, and audits.

• Ensure that all products meet internal and external quality standards, including regulatory and environmental requirements.

• Keep Up to date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to footwear and garments accessories.

• Responsible for in-house lab management

• Finalizing the critical operation, quality points, and explaining to the Quality team.

• Developing and implementing the inspection criteria and procedure.

• Monitor & ensure product quality from Chemical in-house to finished goods.

• Need to control product waste,

• Need to increase efficiency.

• Any other work assigned by management
