Experience:

• 15 to 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university is required; however, candidates with a degree in Apparel Manufacturing and Technology or Textile Engineering will be given preference.

• Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in the Ready-Made Garments (RMGsector with experience in denim, outerwear and woven soft dress shall get preference.

• Proven leadership skills with extensive experience in quality control and factorymanagement.

• Additional qualifications such as 5S, Six Sigma Black Belt, or other relevantcertifications are a plus.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Please do not apply if you have no expertise in garment quality aspects related to woven products, including denim, outerwear, and soft-woven dresses.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of quality control and operational excellence for woven (Denim, Outerwear, and Ladies dress) garments within the factory.

• Able to find out all types of faults in the woven garment making process, take immediate corrective actions and should set the quality norms in such a way that reject garments are minimized.

• Making an effective plan for quality assurance for the woven garments product to ensure that quality of the garments delivered to the buyers are 100% in line with their requirement.

• Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Managers of Manufacturing.

• Analyse the statistical/recorded data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish required quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.

• Develop and implement quality assurance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum quality.

• Plans, promotes and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.

• Ensure adherence to international quality standards and compliance regulations of products.

• Lead and motivate the quality assurance team to deliver consistent, high-quality woven products.

• Implement effective strategies for process development, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with various departments to optimize quality full product and reduce wastage.

• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, ensuring their requirements are met.

• If any discrepancies happen, then it needs to be informing to the superior authority/management immediately for necessary action.
