Responsibilities & Context:

1. Data Management & Reporting

• Extract, clean, and validate data from ERP and production systems.

• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

2. Advanced Excel Analysis

• Perform complex data analysis using advanced Excel functions.

• Automate reporting tasks using Power Query, VBA, and formulas.

3. Production & Inventory Analysis

• Analyze production efficiency (OEE), capacity, and bottlenecks.

• Monitor inventory, supply chain, and shipment performance.

• Identify trends in sales, quality defects (DHU), and lead times.

4. Overhead Cost Analysis

• Analyze overhead costs (Utility, Labor, Maintenance, Depreciation) cost center-wise.

• Prepare Budget vs. Actual variance reports with root cause analysis.

• Calculate overhead absorption rates per unit/machine hour.

• Identify cost reduction opportunities and recommend corrective actions.

5. Materials Consumption Report

• Prepare Yarn, Fabric, Accessories, and Chemical consumption reports (Actual vs. Standard).

• Reconcile BOM vs. Actual consumption for every order.

• Analyze wastage, rejection, and shrinkage at each production stage.

• Prepare order-wise, style-wise, and buyer-wise consumption reports.

• Calculate financial impact of material over-consumption or savings.

6. Collaboration

• Work with Merchandising, Production, Accounts, and Procurement teams.

Coordinate with IT for ERP data structure improvements.
