• Lead the overall Quality Assurance function and ensure consistent quality of denim fabrics in line with customer specifications and international standards.

• Drive end-to-end quality management across Yarn, Weaving, Dyeing, Finishing, Inspection and Laboratory operations.

• Establish and monitor quality standards, KPIs and control systems to minimize defects, rejection, rework and customer complaints.

• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives for recurring and critical quality issues.

• Manage customer quality requirements, complaints, claims and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective corrective actions.

• Oversee QA Laboratory, Fabric Inspection and Testing activities, ensuring accuracy, reliability, calibration and compliance with relevant standards.

• Lead quality audits and QMS compliance, including internal, external and customer audits, and ensure timely closure of audit findings.

• Develop and lead the QA team, strengthen technical competency, promote a quality culture and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
