Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and self-motivated compliance professional for our factory located at Ashulia. The ideal candidate must have exactly 5 years of core experience in the RMG sector, with mandatory hands-on experience in independently managing and presenting audits under the Nirapon framework.

·        Nirapon Audit Presentation: Take full ownership of preparing, hosting, and defending the facility during Nirapon Verification Assessments and subsequent follow-up visits.

·        Portal & CAP Management: Independently manage the Nirapon Safety Portal. Formulate, upload, and track engineering-driven Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for fire, electrical, and structural safety findings.

·        Technical Compliance Oversight: Coordinate with factory engineering teams to ensure compliance with NFPA standards, Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and thermographic scans.

·        Worker Safety & Helpline Governance: Ensure full deployment, monitoring, and worker awareness of the "Amader Kotha" Worker Helpline and Nirapon-mandated safety training models.

·        Social & Sustainability Audits: Lead and maintain other critical certifications alongside Nirapon, including BSCI, SEDEX (SMETA), WRAP, and SLCP.

·        Legal Adherence: Monitor daily floor operations to ensure strict compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act regarding working hours, welfare, and occupational health.
