• Master of Commerce (MCom)

• The role demands a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong manufacturing finance exposure, leadership maturity, and the ability to drive financial discipline and strategic decision-making.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in Finance & Accounts

• At least 2 years of experience in AGM or DGM-level position

• Proven experience in denim textile / textile manufacturing industry / any other manufacturing organization.

• Strong exposure to manufacturing costing, compliance, and financial governance

• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capability

• Strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Costing, margin analysis, and profitability improvement for denim/textile operations

• Cash flow management, fund utilization, and working capital optimization

• Oversight of accounts, taxation, VAT, customs, and statutory compliance

• Coordination with internal and external auditors and regulatory bodies

• Support management decision-making through financial insights and MIS reporting

• Strengthening internal controls, financial policies, and risk management frameworks

• Leading, mentoring, and developing the finance team
