Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in HR, Management, Textile, or a relevant field.

Relevant professional training/certification will be an added advantage.

Experience in a 100% Knit Garments Factory will be highly preferred.

Candidates with experience in worker training, soft skills, compliance, safety, quality, and production-related training will receive preference.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.

Ability to conduct training for workers at different levels.

Good knowledge of RMG factory operations and workplace compliance.

Ability to prepare training materials and maintain proper documentation.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Context:

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and responsible Trainer to join our 100% Knit Garments Manufacturing Factory. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs for employees to improve their skills, productivity, quality awareness, workplace discipline, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop and conduct training programs for workers, staff, and supervisors.

Provide induction and orientation training for newly recruited employees.

Conduct training on production processes, quality, productivity, workplace safety, and discipline.

Identify employees' training needs and prepare appropriate training plans.

Maintain training schedules, attendance records, and training documentation.

Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to management.

Support the organization in implementing buyer requirements, compliance standards, and workplace policies.

Coordinate with HR, Production, Quality, Compliance, and other departments for training activities.

Ensure training materials are updated and relevant to factory operations.
