Education:
∎ B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Textile Engineering will be given preference from BUFT, SANTO MARIAM, BUTEX, Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology OR any reputed Textile College/ University.
∎ Candidate must be mentioned the major subject in CV.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of job experience in Knit for Merchandiser in any buying house. Should be long term planner and must be gentle.
∎ Self-motivated; good communication and interpersonal skills; negotiation and decision-making skills.
∎ Good command over written, spoken English and Bangla language.
∎ Must have good knowledge in garments products.
∎ Candidates will be given preference who has experience in any established Buying House or Liaison office like H&M, UVS, US POLO, Aldi, C&A and Puma.
∎ Candidates who applied before, need not apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for Marketing & Merchandising function for a group of buyers.
∎ Enhance number of buyers in the portfolio. Develop strategy for execution of Business plan for a group of buyers.
∎ Prepare & analyze pre-costing & post costing and evaluate financial result of product.
∎ Co-ordinate with product development team for ensuring timely submission of samples to buyer.
∎ Ensure timely procurement of input for maintaining production & shipment schedule.
∎ Production follow up for booked order for ensuring timely shipment.
∎ Remain up-to-date about all the technologies and techniques, trends, competitors and all aspects of the group target.
∎ Ensure periodic reporting to the management.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the supervisor / management.
