Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct SMV study, line balancing, capacity planning, and manpower planning.
Monitor production efficiency and identify opportunities for productivity improvement.
Prepare operation bulletins, process flow charts, and production layouts.
Analyze bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Merchandising teams to achieve production targets.
Monitor hourly production, WIP, and line performance.
Support new style development, pilot runs, and production feasibility analysis.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly IE reports and present performance data to management.
Ensure implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
