• Age 28 to 35 years

• Plan and optimize Man, Machine & Material (3M) utilization to improve productivity.

• Conduct work study, time study, and statistical analysis to establish production standards.

• Prepare and maintain Operation Breakdowns (OB) for production processes.

• Calculate SMV (Standard Minute Value) and establish production targets.

• Conduct line balancing and motion study based on capacity, manpower, and WIP.

• Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks to improve line efficiency.

• Analyze production processes and implement best practices and method improvements.

• Conduct operator skill assessments and support skill-based manpower allocation.

• Set and monitor daily and weekly production targets.

• Analyze capacity, efficiency, productivity, and manpower utilization.

• Implement IE systems and improvement initiatives to reduce cost and increase factory efficiency.

• Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Planning, and other departments for smooth production.

• Prepare and maintain IE-related reports, analysis, and performance records.

• Support continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and waste reduction initiatives.
