• CCNA Certification will be considered a strong advantage.       

• Experienced Implement Wi-Fi solutions for high-density environments such as hospitals, universities, corporate offices, and public spaces.

• Knowledgeable in configuring and managing of network protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP and including firewall rules, VPN setup, and access controls.

• Experienced in IP address planning and subnetting for scalable network design.

• Lead the team, guiding them in troubleshooting, operational tasks, and resolving technical issues, while reporting directly to authorized personnel for escalations and performance updates.

• Excellent communication Skill and Ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Atleast 4-5 years of experience managing network and System infrastructure operations.Filed visit outside Dhaka as Mandatory

Job Context:

Technical experience with network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks, along with troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, implementing, and supporting local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks, routers, switches, firewalls ensuring efficient connectivity.

• Configuring and managing network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers for optimal network performance and security.

• Configure Network Management Systems (NMS) for real-time monitoring, fault detection, and performance analysis of network devices.

• Deploy and configure enterprise-grade Wi-Fi equipment (Cisco, Cambium, H3C, Ruijie, Fortinet).

• Configure and integrate Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), Access Points (APs), and related infrastructure.

• Configure and integrate Wireless Controllers (WLC), Access Points (APs), and related infrastructure.

• Monitor network and system performance regularly, identifying potential issues and ensuring timely resolution to maintain system reliability.

• Optimize wireless performance through channel planning, power adjustment, and load balancing.

• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, and network issues with a focus on minimizing downtime and improving service reliability.

• Prepared technical documentation for network configurations, system setups, and troubleshooting guides.

• Keep up to date of current technology developments

• Provide technical guidance to the team.
