The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with proven experience working with Japanese clients, understanding their work culture, communication style, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring scope, timeline, and quality
Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese stakeholders
Manage cross-functional teams (developers, QA, designers)
Prepare project plans, timelines, and progress reports
Ensure clear communication and documentation (often detailed and structured)
Handle requirement analysis, change management, and risk mitigation
Maintain high standards of quality, documentation, and process compliance
Facilitate regular meetings, demos, and status updates with clients
