Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 26 years
1–3 years of experience in PABX operation, telecommunications, or related areas.
Knowledge of PABX systems and telecommunication equipment.
Basic troubleshooting and technical support skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
The PABX Operator – PABX is responsible for managing and monitoring the telephone communication system (PABX), ensuring smooth internal and external communication, troubleshooting basic issues, and necessary coordination.
Operate, monitor, and maintain the PABX telephone system.
Ensure uninterrupted telephone and intercom services.
Configure and update extension numbers, user profiles, and call routing as required.
Troubleshoot basic PABX, telephone, and communication-related issues.
Maintain records of telephone extensions, call logs, and communication equipment.
Assist in the installation and relocation of telephone lines and communication devices.
