We're looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to build and scale modern web applications from database to UI. You'll work across the entire stack — designing APIs in Laravel, building interfaces in Next.js, and collaborating closely with our Flutter team to power mobile applications. If you enjoy owning features end-to-end and keeping production systems healthy, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP/Laravel on the backend and React.js/Next.js on the frontend

• Build clean, well-documented RESTful APIs and collaborate with Flutter developers to integrate them into mobile applications

• Design and optimize MySQL database schemas, queries, and indexes for performance at scale

• Implement state management using Redux Toolkit and RTK Query for efficient data fetching and caching

• Write type-safe code using TypeScript across both frontend and backend integrations

• Handle server setup, deployment, and maintenance on VPS/cloud environments

• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the stack, including production incidents

• Test functionality on both frontend and backend before release

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning with the team

• Collaborate with designers, QA, and project managers to translate requirements into working features

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CSE, IT, or a related field (strong portfolio may substitute)

• [2–4] years of hands-on full-stack development experience

• Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel — Eloquent, migrations, middleware, queues, authentication (Sanctum/Passport)

• Solid command of JavaScript and TypeScript

• Practical experience with React.js and Next.js (App Router preferred)

• Experience with Redux Toolkit and RTK Query

• Strong MySQL skills — relational schema design, complex queries, indexing, and query optimization

• Experience building and documenting REST APIs consumed by web and mobile clients

• Server maintenance and DevOps knowledge — Linux, Nginx/Apache, SSL, domain and DNS configuration

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)

• Proficiency with Git and collaborative branching workflows

• Strong debugging skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with Tailwind CSS

• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments

• Experience with AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar cloud platforms

• Knowledge of caching strategies (Redis) and queue workers

• Prior experience collaborating with mobile app teams

• Experience with PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases
