• Experience Requirements: 1 to 2 year(s) experience in the related field.

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply if they have sufficient knowledge of the concern preferences.

• Must have the proper knowledge of Hardware part of Servicing and sufficient knowledge of Networking part will be more preferable.

• Have a good knowledge on Networking part of Computer, Laptop, IP Phone, CC TV, Attendance Finger Machine.

• Must have the mindset & ability to visit client office at any time as per management guidelines.

The ideal candidates should have practical experience in servicing and troubleshooting IT products, including desktop computers, laptops, printers, UPS, networking equipment, and other computer-related devices. Job Responsibilities:

• New Client set up, monitoring & developments.

• Establish & maintain a good relationship with the clients.

• Developing, implementing and executing strategic project plans.

• Developing strategies to boost brand reputation.

• Have to understand the client’s mentality & handover the proper client brief to the creative team.

• Maintain a good relation with government & non-government officials.

• Gather market and customer information.

• Maintain a good relationship vendor.
