Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Age 24 to 26 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.·        

• A degree in Business Administration/Finance/Banking can also be considered if the candidate has strong IT aptitude and interest in software/application analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and business users to understand and analyze business requirements.

• Prepare BRD, FSD, use cases, process flows and functional specifications.

• Work closely with developers to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

• Explore and utilize AI tools and platforms to improve business processes and application development.

• Develop AI-assisted tools, prototypes, workflow automation and internal applications using modern AI technologies.

• Use AI coding assistants to build, modify, debug and improve software applications under appropriate technical guidance.

• Explore LLM/Generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents and API-based AI solutions.

• Identify opportunities where AI can automate repetitive activities, improve operational efficiency or enhance existing applications.

• Perform functional testing and validate developed solutions against business requirements.

• Continuously learn emerging AI technologies and evaluate their practical application in banking and financial services.

Technical & Functional Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Basic understanding of Requirement Analysis and Business Process Analysis.

• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.

• Basic knowledge of programming (Python, JavaScript, Java, C# or similar).

• Ability to prepare or understand BRD, FSD, use cases, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

• Basic knowledge of SQL/database concepts.

• Basic understanding of API, web applications, database, and system integration concepts.

• Understanding of software testing, test cases, UAT, and defect reporting.

• Knowledge of banking, financial services, payment systems, or fintech will be an advantage.

• Strong interest in AI, Generative AI and automation.

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
