Experience:
Hands-on experience with Oracle Database 11g, 12c, and 19c.
Strong understanding of Oracle RMAN, Data Guard, ASM, and Oracle Listener.
Experience with Oracle Multitenant Architecture (CDB/PDB) will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Oracle Linux) administration.
Practical experience with Shell scripting (Bash).· Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized Oracle databases.
Familiarity with database monitoring and performance tuning tools.
Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and execution plan analysis.
Experience with Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Kubernetes, or CI/CD tools will be considered an added advantage.
Understanding of TCP/IP networking, storage concepts, and Linux file systems.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Experience Requirements
Associate Database Administrator: Fresh graduates with strong Oracle/Linux knowledge or up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Assistant Database Administrator: 1–3 years of hands-on Oracle Database Administration experience.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise Software environments will be considered an advantage.
We are looking for a motivated Associate/Assistant Database Administrator to join our Infrastructure & Database team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing Oracle databases, ensuring high availability, optimizing performance, supporting deployments, and maintaining secure database environments across Linux and Docker platforms. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-grade database systems serving mission-critical applications.
Install, configure, administer, and maintain Oracle Database (11g, 12c, 19c and higher).
Perform database installation, upgrades, patch management, and version migrations.
Configure, monitor, and maintain Oracle Data Guard environments for High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR).
Manage Oracle RMAN backup, recovery, restore, and disaster recovery procedures.
Monitor database health, storage utilization, performance, and optimize SQL queries when required.
Troubleshoot database, Linux operating system, and application connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and administer Oracle databases in Docker/containerized environments.
Perform database cloning, refresh, export/import (Data Pump), and schema migration activities.
Support production deployments, application releases, and database change management.
Implement database security best practices, including user management, privilege management, auditing, and encryption where applicable.
Monitor database alerts, logs, and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks.
Develop Shell scripts to automate routine database administration tasks.
Coordinate with Development, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Customer Support teams during implementation and production support.
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, deployment guides, and incident reports.
Participate in on-call support and emergency troubleshooting whenever required.
