Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2 to 3 years

• Age At least 24 years

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in software development.

• Strong programming and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

• Experience with database design and management.

• Ability to develop responsive and user-friendly applications.

• Good understanding of software security and data protection.

Preferred Technical Skills
Candidates having experience in the following will be given preference:

• Programming: C#, Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript, or similar languages.

• Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue or equivalent.

• Backend: .NET, Node.js, Laravel, Django, or equivalent frameworks.

• Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, or similar.

• API: REST API and third-party API integration.

• Version Control: Git/GitHub/GitLab.

• Experience with school/ERP/HR/Accounts Management Software will be an added advantage.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications according to organizational requirements.

• Develop and maintain web-based applications and internal management systems.

• Write clean, efficient, scalable, and well-documented code.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and technical issues.

• Maintain and improve existing software systems and databases.

• Integrate different systems, APIs, and third-party services when required.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven applications.

• Ensure data security, system reliability, and proper user access control.

• Collaborate with the IT, academic, HR, accounts, and administrative teams to understand software requirements.

• Provide technical support and training to users when necessary.

• Maintain proper documentation of software, databases, and system processes.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions for organizational needs.
