Job Context

Magnetism Tech Limited is a software development company specializing in ERP and customized business software solutions.

We develop and maintain software solutions for various industries, including Shipping & Logistics, Real Estate, ISP, Garments, E-commerce, and other business sectors.

We are looking for 6 talented and motivated Full Stack Developers to join our software development team. The selected candidates will be involved in developing new ERP modules, customized business applications, APIs, database solutions, and maintaining existing software systems.

The ideal candidates should have strong practical knowledge of PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, MySQL, JavaScript, REST API, and Git, along with a good understanding of business application development.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ERP and customized business applications using PHP and Laravel.

• Develop modern and responsive front-end interfaces using Vue.js.

• Develop ERP modules according to business requirements and project specifications.

• Design and develop RESTful APIs for web and third-party integrations.

• Design, develop, and optimize MySQL databases.

• Work with complex business logic, workflows, reports, transactions, and data processing.

• Understand existing ERP systems and enhance or modify modules according to client requirements.

• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

• Develop reusable, scalable, secure, and maintainable code.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and performance issues.

• Use Git for version control and collaborative development.

• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.

• Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and other developers.

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.

• Prepare technical documentation when required.

• Support application deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Work on multiple industry-specific software projects based on organizational requirements.
