Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, networks and cloud systems.
Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online, Entra ID and Intune.
Manage Windows Server, VPN, firewall and network infrastructure.
Monitor systems and troubleshoot technical issues.
Manage backup, disaster recovery and business continuity.
Support SQL-based business applications and telephony systems.
Support IT security and ISO 27001 compliance.
Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with external IT partners.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration or Cloud Operations.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Good knowledge of Windows Server, networking, VPN and firewalls.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Good command of English.
Preferred Skills
Microsoft or Cisco certification.
SQL Server administration.
PowerShell scripting.
Microsoft Intune / Entra ID.
ITIL or ISO 27001 experience.
