Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities: 1. IT Support: Solve computer, printer, internet, software problems for all staff 2. Network: Manage LAN, WiFi, router, CCTV and ensure smooth connectivity 3. Software: Install, update and maintain all software, MS Office, Google Workspace 4. Security: Take data backup and maintain antivirus, firewall 5. Digital Tools: Support website, Canva, Meta Ads, and other digital tools 6. Training: Train team on new tools and AI software 7. Reporting: Maintain IT inventory and report to management
