• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field from a reputed university.

• Age At least 27 years

• At least 5/6 years of experience as a Network and System Admin in a large organization.

• Clear concept in TCP/IP networking.

• Experience in NG Firewall configuration, Security management, performance optimization and troubleshooting.

• Hands on experience in corporate user support - netowork, helpdesk, peripherals, security, backup, print server, email client, endpoint security, etc.

• Network Administration: Configure, manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and network connectivity across offices and factories. (Cisco, BDCom, Ruijee, Mikrotik, Fortigate)

• Server Administration: Install, configure, monitor, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtual machines (VMWare, Hyper-V), cloud server (Azure) and services, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, and file servers.

• Cybersecurity: Manage firewall, antivirus/EDR, VPN, access controls, security policies, system hardening, patching, and security monitoring.

• Microsoft 365 & Cloud: Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, user accounts, licenses, and MFA.

• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Manage backup systems, monitor backup jobs, conduct restore testing, and support Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity initiatives.

• Infrastructure Monitoring: Monitor network, servers, Internet links, and critical IT services to ensure high availability and proactively resolve performance issues.

• Multi-Site IT Support: Provide infrastructure support across corporate offices and factory locations, including connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and other IT infrastructure.

• User & Access Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, access rights, Group Policies, authentication, and provide Level-2/Level-3 technical support.
