Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, high-performance, and responsive web applications using React.js.

• Build reusable and maintainable React components and frontend architecture.

• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and interactive web interfaces.

• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Manage application state using appropriate solutions such as Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar technologies.

• Write clean, reusable, scalable, and well-documented code.

• Optimize application performance, loading speed, and overall user experience.

• Implement form validation, authentication, authorization, and secure frontend practices.

• Work with modern React features such as Hooks, Context, React Router, and functional components.

• Collaborate with backend developers working with ASP.NET Core / .NET APIs.

• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend bugs and production issues.

• Write unit/integration tests where appropriate.

• Mentor junior and mid-level frontend developers.

• Stay up to date with modern frontend technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in frontend/web development.

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js.

• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and preferably TypeScript.

• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.

• Experience with React Hooks, React Router, Context API, and component-based architecture.

• Strong experience with REST API integration and JSON.

• Experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit or another modern state-management solution.

• Good understanding of Git and Git-based development workflows.

• Experience with npm/yarn and modern frontend build tools such as Vite.

• Understanding of browser compatibility, performance optimization, and debugging.

• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript.

• Experience with Next.js.

• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, or similar UI frameworks.

• Experience with SignalR/WebSocket or real-time applications.

• Experience with JWT/OAuth2 authentication.

• Experience working with microservices-based applications.

• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience working with ASP.NET Core Web APIs is a strong advantage.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
