Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop, customize and maintain web-based POS (Point of Sale) software.
- Write clean and efficient code using PHP/Laravel, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3 and MySQL.
- Design and optimize database structure, queries and reports for POS modules (sales, inventory, purchase, accounts).
- Integrate REST APIs, SMS/payment gateways, barcode scanner and thermal printer with the POS system.
- Customize the POS software as per client requirements and fix bugs on priority.
- Provide technical support to clients during software installation, training and after-sales service.
- Participate in requirement analysis, testing, deployment and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with the team to deliver projects within deadline.
