Job Context

Besthome Properties Ltd. is looking for a competent and experienced Senior Software Engineer who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's ERP System and other customized business software applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in software development, ERP architecture, database management, API integration, and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain the company's ERP System.

• Develop customized web-based and business applications as per organizational requirements.

• Develop and maintain ERP modules such as HR & Payroll, Accounts & Finance, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Procurement, Project Management, Customer Service, and MIS.

• Understand departmental business processes and convert requirements into effective software solutions.

• Design and manage databases, APIs, system integrations, and automated workflows.

• Develop management dashboards, reports, and MIS solutions.

• Integrate third-party software, APIs, attendance devices, SMS/email services, and other systems when required.

• Ensure software security, user access control, data backup, system performance, and reliability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application and software-related issues.

• Maintain proper source code, technical documentation, database documentation, and user manuals.

• Upgrade and improve existing applications according to changing business requirements.

• Provide technical support and training to system users.

• Coordinate with Department Heads and Management regarding system requirements and improvements.

• Guide junior developers/team members when required.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Software Engineering, ICT, IT, or any relevant discipline from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.

• Practical experience in ERP Software Development is highly preferred.

• Experience in developing enterprise-level web applications will be an advantage.

• Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Property Management Software will receive preference.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:

• C# / .NET / PHP / Laravel / Node.js / Java or similar backend technology

• React.js / Angular / Vue.js / JavaScript / TypeScript

• MS SQL Server / MySQL / PostgreSQL

• REST API Development & Integration

• ERP Architecture & Database Design

• Git / Version Control

• Cloud/Server Deployment & Management

• Software Security & Role-Based Access Control

• Reporting, Dashboard & MIS Development

Knowledge of ERP Developments, Mobile App Development, Power BI, AI integration, and business process automation will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to independently develop and manage software projects.
