Responsibilities & Context:
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled IT Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and provide timely technical support to employees and branches.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support for CRM, software, email, and office systems.
2. Troubleshoot CRM login, access, software, and system-related issues.
3. Manage computers, printers, scanners, internet, Wi-Fi, and network issues.
4. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
5. Manage and monitor CCTV systems and troubleshoot related issues.
6. Provide IT support to employees and coordinate with vendors when required.
7. Maintain IT equipment, assets, and inventory.
8. Support day-to-day IT requirements of office and branches.
