Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide excellent client service to premium members

  • Communicate with new premium members to collect detailed information for potential matching

  • Browse through the database of non-premium members to identify suitable matches

  • Attend calls and respond to text messages from clients and potential clients promptly

  • Coordinate meetings between prospective matches

  • Conduct follow-ups after meetings and guide clients on next steps

  • Maintain and update client databases

  • Prepare and submit regular activity reports
