Responsibilities & Context:

About the Role

LifeSpring Consultancy Limited is seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Operations Executive to support our HR functions and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Department (HoD) in HR policy development, talent acquisition, and preparing job descriptions

  • Manage and update the HR database and leave management system

  • Respond to all leave-related emails and employee queries via email and WhatsApp

  • Handle payroll management from the HR perspective and coordinate with the Accounts Department for salary, incentives, bonuses, and other disbursements

  • Attend to employee queries and provide appropriate HR solutions and guidance

  • Design and conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs

  • Maintain strategic employee relationships based on roles and business partnering principles

  • Assist the HoD in handling and managing disciplinary matters
