Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong documentation and reporting skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

HR Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process (job posting, CV screening, interviews, onboarding).

  • Maintain employee personal files, HR database, and attendance records.

  • Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.

  • Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, show cause notices, and other HR-related documentation.

  • Support performance management process and employee evaluation.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company HR policies.

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.

  • Assist in training & development activities.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Supervise office administration and factory administrative activities.

  • Manage transport, security, housekeeping, and support staff.

  • Maintain office assets, inventory, and vendor coordination.

  • Coordinate with factory management for smooth administrative operations.

  • Monitor compliance documentation and regulatory requirements.
