Must demonstrate flexibility in working hours – as all clients are based in North America, operational hours do not follow a typical 9–5 local schedule.
The candidate must be comfortable with adjusted/overlapping shift timings, though regular overnight work is not expected.
Must be open to frequent travel to the company's regional office in North Bengal as part of regular duties.
Ability to independently develop articulated Scope of Works / Roles & Responsibilities as per office requirements.
Strong knowledge of document management, both digital archiving and physical filing systems.
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law, HR best practices, and administrative management.
Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English (written and verbal).Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS tools.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Analytical mindset – ability to evaluate headcount efficiency, RoE, and workforce gaps with data-driven reasoning.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Must be comfortable starting with an executable plan and delivering results from Day 1.

Job Context:
We are a leading BPO company in Bangladesh providing world-class outsourcing solutions to clients based in North America. With offices in Dhaka and North Bengal, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin professional who can independently manage and streamline our human resources and administrative functions across locations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience from BPO or similar service-oriented industries and will play a key role in developing HR policies, SOPs, training modules, and administrative frameworks aligned with the company's growth trajectory. As our operations cater to North American time zones, flexibility in working hours is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
■ HR Strategy, Policy & Compliance
Plan, develop, and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with organizational objectives.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 (amended 2018) and all applicable employment regulations.
Handle employee grievance, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation of new hires.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, training & development programs, and retention strategies.
■ Scope of Work (SoW) Development & Workforce Planning
Develop articulated Scope of Work (SoW) and detailed role descriptions for ALL individual positions as per office requirements, in collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and maintain Team-wise / Department-wise collective Scope of Work to ensure clarity on team deliverables and accountability.
Identify gaps in existing work roles, scopes, and responsibilities; propose actionable solutions to bridge those gaps and improve operational efficiency.
Analyse Return on Effort (RoE) in terms of investment and expenses against headcount to determine workforce optimization opportunities.
Assess and recommend where additional manpower is required based on workload analysis, business growth projections, and operational demands.
■ Employee Performance Assessment, Training & Reporting
Learn and understand the employee assessment requirements specific to each role and work detail across the organization.
Develop – in collaboration with relevant stakeholders (both internal and external) – a structured and measurable mechanism to assess employee performance.
Design and develop training modules and evaluation frameworks in coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure continuous skill development and competency building across the organization.
Prepare periodic performance evaluation reports for management with clear data, insights, and actionable recommendations.
Drive performance appraisal cycles and ensure timely feedback to employees at all levels.
■ Document Management, Archiving & Record-Keeping
Sort, compile, organize, and store all official documents (HR files, contracts, policies, correspondence, etc.) in a systematic and retrievable manner.
Establish and maintain both digital and paper/physical archiving systems as per organizational needs and compliance requirements.
Ensure all HR and administrative records are properly filed, indexed, and accessible for audits, reviews, and day-to-day operations.
Maintain proper documentation standards across departments and train staff on filing protocols where necessary.
■ Administration & Office Operations
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations including office management, vendor coordination, procurement, and facility maintenance.
Develop and maintain employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination systems.
Prepare and manage HR & Admin budgets; monitor and control administrative expenses.
Coordinate with management on organizational development, manpower planning, and succession planning.
Liaise with external stakeholders including government agencies, legal advisors, and service providers as required.
■ Execution & Action Planning
Must start with a clear, time-bound, and executable action plan from Day 1 – outlining priorities, milestones, and deliverables for the first 30/60/90 days.
Demonstrate the ability to move from planning to execution swiftly with minimal hand-holding.
