The Head of HR & Admin will serve as the strategic architect and guardian of the organization's people and administrative excellence within a textiles-based corporate office environment. This role is responsible for formulating and driving a comprehensive HR and administrative roadmap aligned with Giant Group’s long-term business vision. As a key member of the leadership team, the incumbent will act as a transformational catalyst—enhancing organizational capability, fostering a performance-driven culture, and ensuring operational efficiency across all business units.
Job Responsibilities
Developing & implementing HR & Admin strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Prepare manpower plan with concerned unit head to hire a potential candidate in advance to fill up gap timely.
Monitor and identify manpower requirements and skills mix and make appropriate recommendations to management for implementation.
To prepare job description job specifications for an individual to ensure effective use of human resources.
Setting KPI, KRA, organizing and analyzing data, Data analysis trends & forecast, Create Charts, graphs & presentations, and Implementing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Developing programs to train employees to adapt to new technology that improves production and maintenance operations in manufacturing plants.
To represent in the meeting with the local government authority, police, fire fighting dept. and other government departments/industries in relation to administrative activity as instructed by the management.
Continuous follow-up HR & Admin activities with all the Departments and ensure in-time support, coordination, and communication with the employees.
Handling labor disputes and disciplinary matters (Factory & Head Office); separations, terminations, dismissal, grievances.
Supervise HR Payroll, Leaves & attendance as per policy.
Ensure general administration of the company; including assets, transports management.
Maintain records and compile reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions & annual performance appraisal; submit monthly, yearly.
Follow up factory administration; HR and Compliance issues.
Formulate, develop, and upgrade HR manual/policy in the organization.
Develop key performance indicators and goal setting of the different level employees with their supervisor and conduct appraisal process.
Develop conceptual framework & strategy for HR by reviewing employee productivity.
Good team player with a feeling for cultural differences as well as positioning within the management team.
