Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for potential candidates for the position of “Sr. Executive-Compliance”. who has knowledge, skills, experience in following sector and is self-motivated to take challenge to deliver high quality results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable Bangladesh labour laws, EPZ requirements, company policies and customer standards.

  • Coordinate and support social, ethical, environmental, health & safety and customer compliance audits.

  • Prepare the factory for buyer/customer, third-party, government and certification audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.

  • Conduct regular compliance inspections and internal audits covering labour standards, working conditions, documentation, welfare and workplace practices.

  • Follow up on Corrective Action Plans (CAP), identify root causes and monitor implementation within agreed timelines.

  • Maintain compliance-related records, registers, reports, policies, procedures and supporting documents in an organized manner.

  • Monitor working hours, overtime, leave, attendance, wages/benefits, disciplinary practices and other employment-related compliance matters.

  • Coordinate with HR, Admin, Production, EHS, Security, Quality and other departments to resolve compliance gaps.

  • Support worker welfare initiatives, grievance handling, worker communication and awareness activities.

  • Arrange and conduct compliance-related training, toolbox talks and awareness sessions for employees and management.

  • Track legal and regulatory updates and communicate relevant requirements to concerned departments.

  • Prepare regular compliance status reports and present key risks, findings and improvement actions to management.

  • Promote a culture of ethical business practices, responsible sourcing and continuous compliance improvement.
