Key Responsibilities:
Employee Welfare & Engagement
Ensure overall worker welfare facilities (canteen, drinking water, sanitation, childcare, etc.)
Organize awareness programs (health, hygiene, safety, labor rights)
Arrange cultural and engagement activities for employees.
Maintaining Employee Communication through PA System.
Grievance Handling
Handle worker complaints and grievances effectively.
Conduct investigations and ensure proper resolution.
Maintain grievance records and reports.
Act as a bridge between management and workers.
Compliance & Audit Support
Ensure compliance with local labor law and buyer code of conduct
Support social compliance audits (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP)
Suggestion Box opening and maintaining respective areas.
Monitoring House Keeping & coordinating with respective departments to ensure it.
Worker Communication
Conduct worker meetings, participation committee meetings.
Working very closely with engagement event planner & ensuring implementation.
Assist in forming and managing worker committees.
Attending training-3hrs/week (Self).
Train/awareness-5 sessions/week.
Health & Safety Support
Coordinate with EHS team to ensure safe working conditions
Monitor first aid, medical support, and health initiatives
Monitoring PPE usage and coordinating for corrective action.
Assist in emergency preparedness programs
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare welfare reports (monthly/weekly)
Maintain employee welfare records
Monitoring and Controlling Absenteeism & ensuring 80% authorized absent.
Counselling workers on Late, Absent, Grievance, PPE, Discipline & coordinate to initiate disciplinary action.
Maintaining registers of ML, Grievance, Absent Counselling, Late counselling, Line Bandhu & suggestions box.
Maintaining KYW and Share report monthly basis.
Conducting survey regarding floor discipline & maintaining checklist.
Conducting worker’s exit interview & share with management.
Any task assigned by department.
