Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Compliance to manage and monitor the company’s statutory, regulatory and corporate compliance requirements. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining licenses, certificates, registrations, renewals, compliance records and coordinating with relevant government authorities, consultants and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain BIDA/DIFEA registration, certificates, approvals and renewals.

  • Handle RJSC compliance, including annual returns, company records and changes in directors/shareholding.

  • Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of Fire License, Trade License and other statutory licenses.

  • Maintain MOA, AOA and corporate statutory records.

  • Monitor Import & Export / LC-related registrations, certificates and compliance requirements.

  • Manage WASA, Holding Tax, City Corporation and other applicable statutory requirements.

  • Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of Environmental Clearance Certificates.

  • Coordinate factory/industrial establishment compliance, inspections, registrations and related documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with requirements of the Labour/Srom Directorate.

  • Manage Trademark, logo registration/protection and related records.

  • Maintain a complete master compliance register and compliance calendar.

  • Track expiry dates and initiate renewal processes well in advance.

  • Maintain both hard-copy and digital compliance documentation.

  • Coordinate with government authorities, legal advisers, consultants and external service providers.

  • Ensure timely submission of applications, returns, fees and supporting documents.

  • Identify compliance gaps and prepare corrective action plans.

  • Support internal and external audits by providing required compliance documents.

  • Prepare periodic Compliance Status Reports for management.

  • Immediately escalate expired licenses, regulatory notices, audit observations and major compliance risks to management.
