Experience:
Manage day-to-day HR, Administration and Compliance activities, including regular updating and maintenance of employee personal files, training records and CAP/CAR status. Conduct regular compliance checks and ensure timely updates and corrective actions. Prepare payroll sheets and accurately calculate maternity benefits, earned leave and other employee benefits/facilities in accordance with applicable Labour Law/Act. Maintain sound and up-to-date knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law/Act, rules and amendments, and ensure proper implementation. Prepare and submit regular HR, Admin and Compliance reports to the Factory Manager and concerned Senior Management/authorized person.
Prepare and maintain all HR, Admin and Compliance-related Excel sheets, databases, reports and records accurately and systematically.
Maintain employee records, personal files, appointment letters, ID cards, attendance, leave, overtime, manpower and other HR-related information.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HR/Admin/Compliance reports, including manpower, absenteeism, turnover, attendance and overtime analysis using MS Excel.
Must have strong expertise in MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, data filtering, analysis and management reporting.
Maintain all required Compliance documents, registers, checklists, records and audit evidence in an organized and updated manner.
Ensure proper understanding and implementation of ISO, OEKO-TEX, BSCI and RSC compliance requirements, policies and standards.
Assist in preparing and coordinating ISO, OEKO-TEX, BSCI and RSC buyer and third-party audits/assessments, including required documents and supporting evidence.
Liaise with relevant government agencies and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Identify audit findings/non-conformities and coordinate with relevant departments to prepare and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAP/CAR) within the required timeline.
Conduct regular internal compliance checks and follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure continuous compliance improvement.
Maintain records related to working hours, wages, benefits, leave, health & safety, worker welfare and statutory requirements in accordance with applicable Labour Law/Act.
Assist in handling worker grievances, disciplinary procedures, welfare activities and employee awareness/training programs.
Coordinate with Production, Safety, HR, Admin and other departments to ensure all compliance and audit requirements are properly implemented.
Monitor the validity and renewal of licenses, certificates, permits and other statutory/compliance documents.
Prepare audit-related data, Excel-based MIS reports, analysis and management summaries as required by management, buyers and auditors.
Ensure all HR, Admin and Compliance records are accurate, confidential, properly documented and readily available for audits and management review.
Perform any other HR, Admin and Compliance-related duties assigned by the Management.
