1. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the finishing department.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage the finishing team, including supervisors and operators.
3. Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of the finishing team.
4. Manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of labor resources.
5. Conduct regular inspections and audits of finished garments.
6. Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
7. Collaborate with the production planning team to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
8. Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
9. Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid production delays.
10. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
11. Conduct regular safety audits and training for the finishing team.
12. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
13. Lead initiatives for cost reduction and waste minimization.
