1.      Should have experience in preproduction and productivity analysis

2.      Experience in data analysis – incentives, capacity study, skill matrix 

3.      Monitoring of production

4.      Costing of the production floor

5.      Cost cutting of the production process

6.      Style simplification and methods improvement

7.      Man power requirement and operation bulletin

8.      Audit of all factories and activities of IE

9.      Research and analysis of new machinery, folders, ideas and implementation in factories 

10.  Initiatives on lean 

11.  Ramp up line efficiency and factory performance

12.  Analyze and develop standards, time and motion studies, statistical analysis and labor planning to improve productivity, quality and service levels

13.  Recommend methods form improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials, such as reorganizing workflow, relocating equipment, and restructuring job duties

14.  Determine the most efficient sequencing of operations, workflow, and recommend methods to maximize efficiencies

15.  Adjust and revitalize work standards, procedures, and layouts as needed to reflect business changes or service enhancements

16.  Special Projects as assigned for business acquisitions, facility start-ups, integration, and network optimization

17.  Lead continuous improvements initiatives

18.  Analyze and design sequence of operations and work flow to improve process efficiencies in theme park operations

19.  To pro-actively support strategy execution by delivering meaningful, accurate and timely reporting & analysis on business/Operation performance, thereby supporting relevant stakeholders (Manufacturing, Businesses) to make fact-based sound business decisions

20.  To pro-actively support evaluation and execution of financials for new projects, providing end to end overview

21. To perform forward-looking ad-hoc analysis, such as project & strategy evaluation, benchmarking, Price/Volume mix, scenario analysis
