Experience:

• At most 2 years

• Diploma in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Uttara University,Primeasia University,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,Daffodil International University,Northern University Bangladesh students will get preference

• At most 2 years

• Age At most 25 years

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Develop new business opportunities in both local and export-oriented markets.
• Identify potential buyers, clients, manufacturers, buying houses, and business partners.
• Conduct market visits and client meetings to generate new sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell the company’s quilting, padding, and related products/services.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, negotiate with clients, and convert leads into orders.
• Follow up with customers from initial inquiry to order confirmation and delivery.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
• Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Commercial, Accounts, and other relevant departments.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
• Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Perform other sales and marketing activities assigned by management.
