Educational Qualifications:
Education: B.Sc in Diploma/Textile Engineering/ IPE or MBA from a well-reputed institution.
Experience: 1-3 years of solid experience in the apparel/textile industry, with at least 3-5 years in a senior managerial role.
Direct experience in quilting, padding, or composite padding industries will get high priority.
Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, budgeting, and crisis-management skills.
Additional Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities & Context:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Operations & Leadership: Strategically plan, direct, and execute overall factory production operations to maximize output, efficiency, and profitability.
Capacity & Resource Optimization: Drive capacity planning, lean manufacturing principles, and optimize workforce and machinery utilization to eliminate production bottlenecks.
Cost Control & Budgeting: Develop, monitor, and control production budgets, implementing aggressive cost-reduction and waste-management strategies.
KPI & Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the production team to ensure strict adherence to production timelines.
Compliance & Audit Management: Lead the factory floor to meet global compliance standards, ensuring 100% readiness for customer, buyer, and safety audits.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Foster strong inter-departmental synergy (with Supply Chain, Quality, Commercial, and Maintenance) to streamline the entire supply chain.
Technical Supervision: Oversee troubleshooting of complex technical issues in high-tech quilting, padding, and non-woven manufacturing processes.
