Experience:

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Garments, Leather goods/ Footwear/ Tannery

• Bachelor/Honors

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering, Fashion, Merchandising, Leather Engineering, or any relevant discipline from a recognized university/institution.

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Garments, Leather goods/ Footwear/ Tannery

• Age 18 to 35 years

• Communicate with buyers and understand their product specifications, requirements, and expectations.

• Coordinate and follow up on sample development, submission, approval, and buyer feedback.

• Prepare and maintain necessary merchandising documents, records, and reports.

• Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Quality, Development, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of orders.

• Follow up on production progress to ensure timely completion and delivery as per buyer requirements.

• Monitor product quality and ensure products are developed and produced according to buyer specifications and approved standards.

• Follow up on buyer comments and ensure necessary actions are taken within the required timeline.

• Assist in resolving production, quality, sample, and delivery-related issues through effective coordination and follow-up.

• Maintain regular communication with buyers and internal stakeholders regarding order status, sample progress, production updates, and delivery schedules.

• Ensure all assigned activities are completed within the required quality and timeline.
