• Lead and manage overall store operations including Raw Materials, Chemicals, Accessories, Finished Goods and Spare Parts.

• Develop and implement store policies, SOPs and internal control systems to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

• Ensure real-time inventory management through ERP/software and maintain 100% stock accuracy.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification (monthly/quarterly/annual) and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

• Monitor minimum stock level, reorder point and ensure uninterrupted material supply for production.

• Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO system and correct material handling procedures.

• Supervise receiving, inspection, storage and issuance processes with proper documentation (GRN, MR, Challan, Gate Pass, etc.).

• Coordinate closely with Production, Procurement, Commercial, Accounts and Compliance departments.

• Ensure proper storage conditions, chemical segregation, safety compliance and 5S implementation.

• Control material wastage, damage, slow-moving and obsolete stock through effective planning.

• Prepare inventory reports, consumption analysis and management reports on a regular basis.

• Lead and develop store team members by monitoring performance, discipline and productivity.

• Ensure compliance with internal audit, external audit and buyer requirements (FCCA, GRS, QAFA, etc.).
