Responsibilities & Context:
Accenture Footwear & Leather Products Ltd. is seeking a Medical Officer (MBBS) to ensure on-site medical support, employee health care, and compliance with occupational health and safety requirements at the factory.
Job Responsibilities
Provide on-site medical care and first aid services to employees
Handle medical emergencies and ensure prompt response and treatment
Maintain and update employee medical records and health documentation
Conduct routine health check-ups and follow-up treatments
Support occupational health & safety (OHS) initiatives and factory compliance
Arrange and conduct health awareness programs and training sessions
Assist during buyer audits and ensure compliance-related medical documentation
